The Kynoch Club

I am trying to find out the surname of the man who used to run the Kynoch Club in the High Street during and just after the war. His first name was George his wife was possibly called Sophie. Any help would be much appreciated.

Nigger Adams. Never did know his real first name. I had to think a bit but he was a longtime friend of my dad's. He is the only person I can remember owning the Kynochs. He had a Rolls Royce too. That's all I know of him.

My parents never new how Nigger Adams got his NicName, but they said he was White.

The front fascia board was still over what is now a glorified Alley way with doors, but the club has gone.

I do not even know why a ramshackle shack is a listed frontage to a now non existent building.

I think Nigger got his nickname because he had a dark complexion.

I am not sure but was not Nigger Adams the father of Billy Adams of the Windjammer
