I wondered if anybody knows of - a man who is in his forties and his beige labrador dog? I usually see them down by the casino walking along the front. Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have just seen the same man and this time its 2013. He's been sleeping rough for a very long time. Does anyone know anything about him? I wonder if anyone has offered him help in anyway?
